About the Founder

ReserveX Analytics was founded by Tom Muldoon to help HOA boards and management companies make clearer, more informed long-term financial decisions—especially when reserve planning, budgeting, and investment choices intersect.

Before founding ReserveX Analytics, Tom served for several years as treasurer of an HOA, where he experienced firsthand the challenges boards face when financial decisions are made without a fully integrated view of reserves, cash flow, and long-term funding needs. That experience shaped the core philosophy behind ReserveX: financial clarity must reflect how board-level decisions are actually made—under uncertainty, time constraints, and fiduciary responsibility.

With a background in financial analysis and strategic planning, Tom created ReserveX to bridge the gap between traditional reserve studies, budgeting processes, and investment decision-making.
